An example of the work carried out
Providing creative direction and training of all kitchen teams implementing new menus and restaurant concepts, HACCP training, advanced training for Executive Chefs and Head Chefs, costs analysed and investigated, planning department budgets, promoting the hotels through colleges and different PR occasions, chef recruitment an example was the implementation of a new Oriental restaurant, 50’s diner and an Italian restaurant for the Kanika Group.
